International Orders
Orders will only be shipped inside the U.S., its possessions and/or territories, and Canada. Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes. All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders sent to addresses outside the U.S. will be shipped via UPS insured freight. Other common international carriers may be used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction of dynagifts.com. Any and all transactions must be made in U.S. funds only. dynagifts.com makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the continental U.S. For international shipping rates and transit times please contact Customer Service.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. dynagifts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. dynagifts.com also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via Email and/or by telephone within 24 hours. You will have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit card number or alternative payment method. If after 7 days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled.

Address Holds
If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Your order will remain on hold for a 7 days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests for more information, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Rates
dynagifts.com calculates shipping rates based on the then current UPS and USPS shipping tables. For larger orders it may be necessary to recalculate the shipping rates, based on the weight and oversized nature of the order. All applicable insurance and handling fees will also be added to the cost of shipping your order. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. If you have any questions regarding your shipping charges, please contact Customer Service.

Out-of-Stock Items
If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified immediately. Please contact the dynagifts.com Sales Department for approximate delivery dates.

Sales Tax
  • Commonwealth of Virginia - 5.0%
    Sales Tax will added to orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
  • State of California - 8.50%
    Sales Tax will added to orders shipped to California addresses.
  • For all other States
    Purchaser is responsible for state and local sales tax.
Forms of Payment

dynagifts.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

dynagifts.com also accepts money orders and cashiers checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. dynagifts.com does not accept personal checks of any kind.

We also accept payment by wire transfer. Any transaction fees will be added to the order total.

Status of Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via Email that your order has been received by dynagifts.com (if you so choose when placing the order). Another confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. If you require additional information, please contact Customer Service.

Product Returns
    Workmanship Flaws and Branding Errors:
    dynagifts.com offers a replacement warranty for workmanship flaws or branding mistakes due to our error. All claims must be made within 21 days from receipt of order.

    Return Notes:
    An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. To initiate return request, please complete the Returns Request Form, including a description of the issue in the comments field. Failure to provide detailed information requested may delay the return process. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number along with instructions to ship back the item(s). The RMA number is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package all item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you. Refund of the total purchase price will be issued upon receipt of your return, less the roundtrip shipping costs AND a 20% restocking fee (with a $20 minimum charge). Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. We will notify you via Email once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
Earth Friendly
To do our part for the environment, dynagifts.com has reduced its paper consumption by eliminating packing slips and invoices. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation Email that can be printed out for your records. In addition to this Email, you will also be provided a link to view your order history at any time. dynagifts.com also participates in an office waste recycling program to reduce the amount of trash sent to the land fills. We hope you will also do your part to help reduce waste. If you would like more information on recycling programs in your area, please visit the EPA website by Clicking Here.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/or errors in pricing, dynagifts.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, dynagifts.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account.
