Can I buy just one?
Yes, you can purchase quantity one with majority of our products. A minimum quantity will be stated if minimum quantity is required. You will see the single pricing in bold letter adjacent to the product model number. Published branding fees will apply despite quantity ordered.

What is color fill?
Color fill is a process in which colors are applied to the area of engraving after the product has already been laser engraved. This process only applies to wooden products. The standard colors are black, gold, and silver. Please view samples in our portfolio.

What is the lead time for personalization or branding?
The normal production time is 2-7 business days. The production time varies depending on the size of the order and number of existing orders in production. During the holiday season, some additional time maybe needed due to higher demand. Please use our order status link to determine if your order has shipped.

Do you accept purchase orders?
No, we do not accept purchase orders. We require full payment prior to fulfillment of your order. Corporate accounts that have obtained open terms are subject to 60% deposit for all customized orders prior to production and remaining balance prior to shipping.

Do you ship to APO/AFO address?
We will ship to APO/AFO addresses on 90% of our products. If we can not fulfill your order for any reason, a customer representative will contact you either by phone or email.

How do I return an order?
dynagifts.com offers a replacement warranty for workmanship flaws or branding mistakes due to our error. All claims must be made within 30 days from receipt of order.

All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please fill in the Returns Request Form, including a description of the issue in the comments field. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process.

Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you. We will notify you via Email once we have received and processed the returned item(s).

Where can I see your engraving fees?
Please refer to the schedule of branding fees at the bottom of every product page. Additional engraving information is also available under information on the left hand column. If you still have unanswered questions, please email us at sales@dynagifts.com.

Can I receive a free sample?
Sorry, all samples must be purchased. However, you are welcome to return your samples within 30 days for full refund.

Do you have a catalog?
Yes, you can either request for a catalog by mail or simply download a copy from our store by Clicking Here.
